Sales tax is included in the prices of items. However, delivery fees are not as they are an added service. All sales are final. We do not offer any warrantees at this time. We encourage everyone to view and measure items before purchase.
We do currently consider trade-ins. This is subject to change at any time. Not all trade-in offers will be accepted. Please note trying to sell your trade-in furniture instead of tradeing it in will usually get you more than the value we can offer.
Most purchases require only one trip. However, extremely large deliveries requiring multiple trips will be charged per trip to location. (IE: If we have to make two trips to Meridian to deliver your purchases, your total would be $50 for delivery.) Deliveries which result in someone chosing to not purchase item after scheduling delivery will still be charged the delivery fee. We will deliver items to locations, however, due to safety concerns and liabilities we reserve the right to refuse to take the item in the home. In these rare cases friends, family, or movers will have help you move your item inside.
All of our items are first come, first served. We do not hold items without payment. You are welcome to pay for an item to hold it. However, we will only hold your item for (7) seven full days following the date of payment. After the seven days have expired we will relist the item.
Discount Furniture-Boise has had great success with making our customers happy. We commercially clean most items, and do our best to make sure customers have a positive experience with us. However, because we are an actual business we do have to protect ourselves from being liable for rare but possible situations. Luckily we have never had any of the following occur. However, please read and note the following statements.
Discount Furniture-Boise and it's owners are not liable for any of the following.
Any allergic reactions to the furniture or other items. Any damages to property or items during the delivery process. Any injury of person/(s) assisting with moving any item, or any other injuries. Any measurment errors. Any fabric errors. Any cases of infestation. Any theft or damages of an item. Unavailablity of any items. Gas or any other expenses to view any items. Any injuries, damages, or theft sustained on our property to person/(s), vehilces, or other property. Any injuries or damages to person/(s) during pick up, customer self delivery, or viewing of any items. Any and all accusations of liability after purchases are complete.
